One common error message we see when submitting P&L’s with the Quickbooks integration is the error ‘Refresh the access token by re-authenticating with QBO from Configure Chart of Accounts’.
If you receive this error, please make sure you have followed the steps outlined in Part II of this article:
We have also experienced cases where the authentication does not seem to take effect immediately. If you have followed the steps to re-authenticate and are still receiving this message, please wait and try once more the following day. Once re-authenticated you should not have to perform this action again as long as you are logging in every 100 days.
