Modifying QuickBooks Chart of Accounts Mapping


Once you've set up the mapping of your QuickBooks chart of accounts in FranConnect, you may need to go back and make edits or adjustments.

  • Log into FranConnect, and click on your name in the top right corner, and then select Unit Admin
    • Note: By default, only owners have the ability to navigate to the Unit Admin of FranConnect


  • Under "Configuration," click on Configure QuickBooks Chart of Accounts
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Modify
  • Make any adjustments to the mapping, then click Save
