Modifying QuickBooks Chart of Accounts Mapping

If you ever need to modify your Chart of Accounts mapping, perhaps because you changed your Chart in Quickbooks, in Franconnect click the (Unit Admin) gear icon on the upper right next to your name.

• Click Configure Quickbooks Chart of Accounts.
• Click the green Import CoA from Quickbooks button.
• A pop-up will appear to authenticate the connection between Quickbooks and Franconnect.
• *make sure this pop-up is not blocked*
• Back in Franconnect, the new Chart will load. 
• Review the mapping and when finished click Save at the bottom of the page.
